Technology, the leading XML Firewall and Web Services
Management solution announced a strategic partnership
with Layer N Networks, the technology leader for
SSL drop-in solutions. Westbridge Technology has
incorporated Layer N to provide the highest level
of XML security performance in the industry. This
integration puts Westbridge Technology performance
ahead of its competition by orders of magnitude.
The Layer N technology provides true wirespeed
TCP/IP and SSL acceleration on a single chip enabling
the Westbridge XA2000 series appliances to provide
nearly the same speeds for SSL communication as
for clear-text messages.
